Enrolling into Taylion is as easy as 1-2-3!
Follow the steps below to get started:
Step 1 - Application
New students download the Registration Packet below
Returning students download the Re-Enrollment Packet below!
Check to make sure all necessary information is provided, then sign your application.
Please fax, mail or drop off your enrollment packet.
Copies of these form may also be picked up at any of our designated locations found on the How to Enroll Guide.
Step 2 - Submit Forms
Deliver, mail or fax the following documentation to us in order to complete the student enrollment process:
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of immunization record
- Unofficial Transcript
- Prior AIMS Test Scores*
- Proof of residency
- Any court-ordered documents
- Withdrawal Slip from the previous school*
- Copy of IEP or Special Education Documentation*
Some of the required documents will be forwarded from the student’s previous school by filling out the Records Request Form in the enrollment packet.

Step 3 - Approval
Once the enrollment form and required documentation is received, your application will be reviewed. If all of the qualifications are met, you will receive a welcome call from one our enrollment counselors to help you set up your classes!
